Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is 11am
If you arrive early, we’re always happy to check if your room is ready. Late check-out may be available depending on occupancy, so just ask the front desk and we’ll do our best.

Minimum Age Requirement

Guests must be 21 or older to reserve and check into a room. A valid photo ID is required at check-in.

Payment

A valid credit or debit card and photo ID are required at check-in.

An authorization hold may be placed on the card at arrival for incidentals. Your bank determines how quickly those funds are released once the hold is removed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.

Standard reservations may be canceled within the cancellation window listed in the reservation details.
Non-refundable reservations are exactly that — non-refundable.

If flexibility is important, we recommend selecting a refundable rate when booking.

Smoking

Beachside is a non-smoking property.

Smoking inside guest rooms, hallways, or other indoor areas is not permitted and will result in a cleaning fee.

Pets

We love animals, but our property currently allows service animals only in accordance with ADA guidelines. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

Parking

Parking is available on property for registered guests. Guests must follow posted parking instructions and complete any required parking registration to avoid citations.

Pool

Pool hours and availability may vary depending on weather, maintenance, or the season. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Being a Good Neighbor

Beachside is a relaxed place to stay and we work hard to keep it comfortable for everyone. Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.
